Women's March NYC 2018

Yesterday was the anniversary of Trump's inauguration and hundreds of thousands of people flooded the streets of NYC to protest his administration. I had a great time overall and even ran into some friends unexpectedly to march with. One thing I do wish is that the march was more inclusive of trans women and non-binary people and with less emphasis of the in symbols of 'women' and 'pussy power'. As my friend Mariel Berger said, there are trans women that feel excluded by those pussy hats and vagina symbols. And perhaps it could be called something different like, the March for Feminism.
