From the Mom & Me work, with music

From the work where I insert myself into archival photos of my mom and add violin music. This photo of her was taken on our family's vacation (perhaps the only one we ever took) to Hawaii in 1997. I wanted to add a little bit of whimsy or humor into this pretty emotional work. I did that with this photo by playing with eating the banana and also with a more lighthearted music track.

The music, as with the tracks, are all overdubbing my violin in layers.
