Harmony of NB Movement

Harmony is a dancer and movement teacher NB Movement. They create workshops made for non-binary people with no dance background to explore their authentic movement.

When they came to my studio last month, with a playlist in-hand, a fun collaboration ensued! Harmony moved to the music and I moved and shot based on what they would do. Occasionally I'd ask Harmony to go back to a previous movement and hold it again.

It was a super organic and relaxing process!
