Sebastien Ammann

Sebastien contacted me with a concept to use some sort of piano strings or wires for his photo session. I contacted my buddy John Bertles who is always building instruments for Bash the Trash and he donated some of the many strings he had stored in his basement. If you ever try something like this, be careful! Piano strings are quite sharp and springy. We managed to get through the session with no injuries. And with some pretty fun shots. Another idea Sebastien had was to shoot through a window or some sort. For this, we ended up experimenting with the projection of a window and found a pretty cool result.
