Island life with Joe Mclean

Musician Joe Mclean and I have been talking about doing a shoot together since the spring. We decided to do it in Sept while it was warm enough to be outside and cool enough that we weren't sweltering in the NYC heat. This beautiful balcony setting faces an ivy covered courtyard and provided an excellent setting for Joe's concept of Island Life. We had a lot of fun collaborating on the styling and props for this shoot and planned our timing so that we got images both during the daylight and into the evening. These are a handful of favs from the day.
