A while back I was contacted by Rebecca McNamara and Corinne Moss-Racusin who were co-curating an exhibition for the Tang Teaching Museum about Family. I am thrilled that they asked to include a piece from my long time work The Open Photo Project. This exhibition, Family Forms, highlights themes of kinship and care and offers an expansive vision of family.

Using photography, audio recordings and text from several different families and individuals featured in The Open Photo Project, I created a 28 minute long slideshow specifically for this exhibition highlighting a diversity of experiences under the umbrella of consensually non-monogamous relationships.

It also is a landmark for me having my feature having my photography in a museum!

The exhibition is up November 15, 2025-April 12, 2026. I (and Alli) finally had the opportunity to see it in person!

Here are some photos of us enjoying the installation.
